Its a great app but I dont know what happen to the 1000 points I thought I got yesterday.
Cool features, user friendly. Love the ability to purchase tickets thru app and also select best seats. Beautiful interface and graphics. Useful app.
Always on top of whats playing and how and where to find it in the app. Easy to navigate.
Its quick and easy to see what movies are showing and the time. I love how easy it is to access my points earned and all the offers.
Downloaded AMC first and was frustrated that there is little info on what each movie is all about. Heard of one movie that I thought would be good, but was unable to tell which title might be the one for it because there was zero info with the movie title other than drama, comedy, and ok, a couple of sentences. Poorly designed. Not helpful. Decided to try Regals app and it is 100% better with clear info, pictures, and easy access to the trailers. So much better. Thank you!!! I never write app reviews but you guys deserve this! :-)

Some bad moments

I have been a crown club member since the program came out. I was initially excited to see this app. But it never works. It always forgets your username/passwords after logging in, the "scan your card" feature is also worthless. There really is zero convenience to it because you always have to go to the box office to redeem your points. Dont waste phone space on this app.
It just keeps crashing. I was having trouble getting my tickets so I updated the Regal app. Now it just keeps crashing. Regal and Fandango are failing at making getting movie tickets convenient and hassle-free. Please fix it.
Instead of saving a payment method saved within the app, the app be should linked to Apple Pay. One payment method will simplify everyones life. When a customer updates their Apple Pay, it automatically updates everything instead of having to update various apps with a new payment method.
Horrible app. Cant even create an account. It doesnt say why, except theres something wrong with my password. Doesnt tell me whats wrong. Tried 5 different passwords. Is this "fishing"?
Doesnt actually support Apple wallet. Regal has also changed the point system and obviously payed for fake reviews on this app.
This app specifically says purchase tickets but when you hit the button buy tickets for a show, you get directed to the Fandango site. At checkout, a convenience fee is added.
